Shipping Costs & VAT:

  • International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of Germany. These are to be covered by the customer.

  • Please note: for (VAT) tax reasons, orders from United Kingdom are only possible from a minimum order value of GBP 135! Orders with a lower order value must unfortunately be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds:

  • The custom prints are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please open the package carefully to avoid bends, creases or marks!
